If we are able to cancel your order before it is processed by our suppliers, a refund will be issued minus a 5% processing fee. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

1. No Returns Policy

MyGhDrops operates under a strict no-returns policy. All sales are final once an order has been placed. We work with international suppliers to bring you products at competitive prices, and due to this business model, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds for change of mind.

2. Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with the following information:
